Shipping Information
Kornylak Corporation primarily uses UPS for shipments, but we do use other methods (FedEx, USPS, DHL) if needed. If you have a preference of shipping method, please state your shipping preference in the comment area during checkout. Notification of shipment will be made to customer at the time when the product is shipped to customer-provided email. We do take efforts to ensure the most cost-effective rates possible to our customers.
The price shown during checkout is an accurate live rate, however we do run into discrepancies in the shipping rates. If the rate is significantly higher than what was originally stated on the order, we will notify you via email and you will be asked to verify the alternate shipping rate or you will have the option to cancel your order. If there is no significant difference in shipping rate, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. You will only be notified if there is a discrepancy in the shipping rate.
Shipping costs include shipping, packaging and handling. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All product shipments are insured if the package is shipped through UPS or FedEx. Shipments originate from Hamilton, Ohio.
If you would like to ship using your FedEx UPS account, please provide this information in the comment area of the order. We will charge the shipment to your account and omit our shipping charge.
